Waesche, Jr. is president and chief government officer of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Waesche was elected trustee in April 2012. Waesche has served as COPT̢۪s president since September 2010 after holding the position of govt vp since January 2004 and the place of senior vice president from September 1998 via December 2003. Waesche was COPT̢۪s chief operating officer from August 2006 via September 2011, after serving as chief monetary officer since March 1999. Waesche has more than 25 years of real property investment, operations and financing expertise. He has obtained more than $1.5 billion of actual estate and corporate fi nancing and has been directly liable for or overseen more than $2 billion of investments. Waesche earned a BA in accounting and an MBA in finance from Loyola University Maryland. Waesche is a member of the Maryland Industrial Development Finance Authority, a board member of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, the Greater Baltimore Committee and a member of the Board of Sponsors of the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University Maryland. 100 International Drive
